Biography

Parliamentary representative “ PASOK-Kinima Allagis” – Mp of Ilia District Born in 1975, he was raised in Ilia, where he completed his early student life. He is married to dentist Ioanna Adamou and has 2 children.
He is a graduate of the Dentistry School of Athens and holds Masters degrees in Oral Biology (Dentistry School NKUA) and Health Services Administration (National School of Public Health). He is a PhD Candidate of Health Policy in the University of the Pelloponnese.

He was elected as a Member of the Greek Parliament in the Region of Ilia with the PASOK political Party for the first time in 2007 and then re-elected in 2009, 2019 and in the double elections of 2023.

On January of 2021, he was appointed parliamentary representative of PASOK, whereas on December 2021 he was unanimously elected head of the parliamentary group of PASOK, after the proposal of the Party’s Head, Nikos Androulakis.

He has been a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and President of OKANA (Organization Against Drugs)

Currently he is a member of the General Committee and the Political Assembly of PASOK. On July 2023 he was appointed the parliamentary representative
