Konstantinos Nikoloutsos

In 1975, Konstantinos Nikoloutsos earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He pursued postgraduate studies in Technical Geology at the E.M.P. He is fluent in English, Italian, and French and has also studied German. He resides and works as a Civil Engineer in Pyrgos. He served as the President of DEYAP from 1990 to 1994, the President of the Pyrgos Municipal Stadium from 2002 to 2004, and the President of the Pyrgos Municipal Council from 2004 to 2006. Since 2011, he holds the position of the President of Ilia Chamber of Commerce. He is married to the attorney Sofia Stavropoulou, with whom he has two children, Chrissi and Vasiliki. Both are architectural engineers.
