Evangelia Mourmoura

I am currently Team Leader of Digitalisation in the Directorate of Strategy and Policy analysis of DG Agriculture and Rural Development in the European Commission. I am responsible for coordinating activities stimulating the digitalisation of the agricultural sector and public administrations while monitoring the implementation of digital transformation activities in the Member States, including the digital strategies in the CAP Strategic Plans. I previously worked as team leader in the policy area of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS), supporting Member States in the implementation of CAP payments. Prior to joining the European Commission, I have worked as research and teaching associate in the University of Grenoble (France), where I obtained my Master and PhD in Life Sciences. I hold a Diploma in Biology from the University of Athens.
